Thanksgiving is over and now Christmas is right around the corner! Your Napavine Firefighters want to see YOU at the Napavine Funtime festival Lighted parade! The parade is being held Saturday, December 6th at 6pm and will follow the typical route.On an another note, you all have been so gracious and made the food bank donation bin a success! It's been emptied 3 times, with this found success we have decided to keep the donation bin in our lobby till the 1st of the year! Yesterday, Your Napavine Firefighters had the opportunity to watch a real nail biter of a football game at tiger stadium. Congratulations to the football team for making it to the next round of playoffs!Also, you might start noticing our uniforms are changing and vehicles will start displaying “Napavine” on them. These changes are being made as gear and apparatus are being phased out to ensure best usage of tax dollars. As most of you know Fire Districts are all assigned numerical identifiers and not the name of the community they serve, for instance we as Lewis County Fire District 5 serve much more than just the city of Napavine. Why choose to display Napavine? With these changes we have the goal of informing people where their Fire Department is stationed, making Lewis County Fire District 5 more recognizable, and instigating more community pride, just to name a few. Public Records Requests

Lewis County Fire District 5 will only release approved records in accordance with RCW 42.56.070. You will need to complete a Request for Public Records Form, and we will respond to you whether we have the record you requested. At that time, you will be advised of the cost for the record, which varies, depending on whether you wish to have a copy via Email, fax, printed, or electronic media such as a CD or DVD. When payment is received, the record will be released if allowable.

Protected health information will only be released to the patient or their designated appointee with a notarized signature.

How to make Public Records requests

1. You can request records in person at 105 2nd Ave SE, Napavine, WA

2. You can mail your request to Lewis County Fire District 5, PO Box 259, Napavine, WA 98565

3. You Can request a record via fax at (360) 262-3893

4. You can email your request to Admin@napavinefire.com
